Some notes:
-Did this rather late in the night, so forgive any things I might of missed in this rough translation.
-Don't ask me what a 'pichi-pichi kapi-kapi' is in english, I have no idea how to even explain it let alone translate. *rofl* It must be a kansai thing, Bartfeldt starts talking in kansai dialect which Kira notices (namatte masen?) Maybe it's because if gives off more expression in his (Bartfeldt's) speech. It's rather funny. I think he and Arthur would make good friends.
