Christmas and Cosplay
To all of you who's been a loyal reader of my blog,
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
Countdown at Sg Wang for Christmas was really bizarre. It's my first experience and what a shock I got. My UM frens and I went there till 12am something and got back to UM at 1am something. Imagine trying to get a taxi back from Sg Wang in the middle of the night. There were so MANY people. Maybe thousands, which most of them consists of teens, releasing their inner psychoness, syokness and , craziness by spraying ppl with snow spray. I'm one of the victim as well ... @__@ Got soaked in snow spray. White from the hair till down of my shoes. Darn sticky. Yuck~~ The cars and motorists that went by the road weren't spared either. They ended up in snow shower as well.
Neway, cant really say that I hate it. Kind-of-enjoy it though...a bit only...
And on Christmas, I went to see the Cosplay Competition at Sg Wang. It's so amazing, to see so many Otakus gathered together. I managed to take picture with Cloud [ Final Fantasy VII ] and Lacus [ GS Destiny ]. And pic of Hitsugaya Toushirou [ Bleach ] also.
The 1st prize went to someone which I didn't even know who the hell she cosplayed for. The 2nd prize went to the girl who cosplayed Sakura [ Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle ] and 3rd one goes to the girl who cosplayed Meer [ GS Destiny ]. Man, sakura was TOTALLY exposed. She was twirling on the stage with feathers floating and God, I saw 'everything'. o__O
Then, there was Meer who was dancing on stage, accompany by the song Emotion. And i thought Cloud could win something... * a bit dissapointed * and I was damn impressed by the girl who did Kadaj [ Final Fantasy VII ]. Her contact lens were blue and her eyes look just like Kadaj's. And Seth's [ Trinity Blood ] costume was fabulous. And i see live " gothic " models in Sg Wang. As in girl and boy. Freakin' kakkoii~
Oh, i went to gashapon-ing again, and this time i got Luna and cagalli
Good news for GS and GSD fans out there. Seed Club will be animated, and it will be released together with the CD album of Kidou Senshi Mobile Suit Gundam SEED~SEED DESTINY THE BRIDGE. Seed Club is the chibi manga that is featured in almost every monthly published Newtype magazine.
